Sweet and Semi Sweet Red Wines:

Plagido Red:

A semi-sweet red wine with essence of sweet cherry and a touch of ruby red grapefruit for a truly rounded finish.

Antonia Rosso:

A sweet red wine. Smooth and mellow this easy drinking red will entice your palate with light berry essence and a fragrant nose.

Concetta’s Casalinga:

A treat for the pallet. Aromatic and sweet, it releases a burst of flavor on the tongue with a pleasant mellow finish.

Niagara:

A sweet white wine with flavors of tangerine and tropical fruits with a lively zesty finish.

Plagido’s Choice:

A well balanced white wine that tempts the palate with tastes of pear and honeydew with a slightly sweet finish. This is our signature wine made from the Marquis grape. A truly unique experience.

Dry White Wines

Chardonnay - (Oak) :

A full-bodied white wine with rich apple, citrus and tropical fruit flavors gently softened with a mild buttery oak.

Reverence (Oak):

Our benchmark semi-dry white wine with a delicate essence of oak and supple fruit.

Dry Red Wines

Coeur d’Est: Vintage 2015

Our Blend consists of 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Chambourcin, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Strawberry and cream on the nose with hints of wood spice.

Rich Cherry to Red Currant with undertones of mocha, finishing soft and creamy.

Cabernet Franc (Oak): Vintage 2015

Full bodied, new world style red wine with black cherry,& hints of vanilla cream on the nose, followed by dark fruit, and wood spice. A very lush mouth feel with firm but elegant tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon - (Oak): Vintage 2015

Full bodied, new world style red wine with black cherry,& hints of vanilla cream on the nose, followed by dark fruit, and wood spice. A very lush mouth feel with firm but elegant tannins.

Merlot (Oak): Vintage 2012

Sweet candy apple & tobacco spice on the nose, with soft red plum, and a spicy woodiness.

Great with food, because of the acid and tannin level. Full bodied Red

Cabernet/Merlot Blend (Oak): Vintage 2015 Highest rated red wine in New Jersey by the Wine Advocate

50% Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot, & 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. A beautiful, smooth Bordeaux Blend full of ripe black berry fruits with just a hint of mocha.

Chambourcin (oak): Vintage 2013

A medium bodied dry red wine with depth of rich flavors. Flavors of Cherry, oak spice, and sandalwood with soft drying tannins.

Vino De Casa Oak:

50% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, & 25% Chambourcin. Cherry, Black Plumb, & Clove on the nose, with Red Cherry and Currant that leads into a well balanced wine. Good acidity with a soft oaky woodiness on the finish.

Fruit Wines:

Cranberry Wine:

Made from 100% cranberries harvested in the New Jersey bogs. This wine has the tartness and freshness of the berry.

Blueberry Wine:

A lighted bodied, dry aromatic wine pressed from 100% locally grown Blueberries in Hammonton New Jersey “The Blueberry Capital of the World”.

Dessert Wines:

Blackberry:

Tastes like fresh picked blackberries. Harvested from a local orchard, this sweet, delicious dessert wine should be served chilled.

Empire:

This wine is a “port style” has a big nose with a rich mouth feel, and has a cream cola finish, that pairs well with baked brie, or Smores.

5.8 Earthquake:

Shaken from the vines this sweet red wine has intense flavors and is as smooth as silk.

Pole Dancer:

Seductive red wine aged in bourbon barrels to bring out strawberry, vanilla, and cherry cola notes, and finishes with a warming toffee finish.
